The Ox milling machine includes CNC+Instruction+traditional=3-in-1 functionality, with independent switches for each mode. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with ball screw drives and independent servo motor control. It can be combined with a side milling mechanism (A-axis) to achieve both vertical and horizontal machining. In addition to manual milling operations, all operations can be programmed and controlled by the CNC controller, using standard G/M codes or program transfer (CAD/CAM) functions. The controller also features a specially developed teaching function, which guides operators through parameter inputs using intuitive graphics. It also offers graphical path simulation to help operators verify the accuracy of program inputs. This allows even non-proficient CNC users to quickly adapt, while also allowing switching to traditional mode, retaining conventional operational functions. It embodies user-friendly, lightweight, flexible, and precise characteristics, making it a favorite among experienced machinists.
